The product shall be made from fresh mushrooms which are processed as natural whole for first grade . Typical natural color of the product-yellow to brown cap out surface. No yellow and black worm trace allowed.
South First Grade: No worms, allow 5% max. visually white worm trace ( on surface >5 points ) worm trace.
Under-cap color from white to grey to light yellow.
South Second Grade: No worms, with white worm trace, allow 5% max. visually light yellow worm trace ( on surface >5 points ) worm trace. Under-cap color from white to grey to light yellow to light greenish.
Specification including: whole, cubes, halves, up to buyer's request.
Packaging & Shipping
Mainly strong board of cartons with polyethylene (PE) inside bearing net mass 10-25kg of IQF products.
IQF products should be transported in special refrigerators with thermal registration equipment.
Temperature of supply –18℃ or lower. Temperature of storage –18℃ or lower
Shelf life not less than 2 years from production date. Freezing after defrosting is forbidden.
